Sell Your House for More Money
with Award-Winning Tips

Low and no cost savings ideas from pioneering home stager.

Getting ready to put your home up for sale?  Check out Fridley, MN author and home stager Diane Keyes’ award-winning book This Sold House.

This Sold House stresses low and no cost ways to “stage” your home for sale. Keyes outlines her proven formula to sell your house fast, even in a buyer’s market. Learn her eight keys to a quick sale, her seven secrets to successful staging and more.  Keyes also addresses the emotional issues tied to letting go of your house, including things the seller might unintentionally do to sabotage a sale.

The book recently won two top gold awards (business book and how-to book) in the 12 state regional book awards sponsored by Midwest Independent Publishers Association (MIPA).

“There’s so much competition for these awards,” said Keyes. “I am excited and honored that my efforts have been recognized, not only by my clients and students, but by MIPA.”
